Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via "La Poste", "USPS" or "P&T Luxembourg" with tracking and drop-off with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees are the exact cost paid at the post office and are automatically calculated according to your location and wheight of the objetc, it is why it is important to register. Registration is not forcing you to pay for any object but is providing accurate shipping costs. If you prefer to have a quotation and not register, you can always writte us or call us. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects and everything is insured. Please check your parcel upon receiving it and notice any issues to the post attendant right away.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returning a package

In case one of the object you bought is not coresponding to our description, you can call/writte us to solve the issue. When we take it back, we will gladly reimburse you minus the post fees. You will have to ship it back same way as we ship it to you, insured and register.
